Within 60 days of purchasing a Business Blueprint course, if you do not agree that you’ve gained the knowledge, strategies, and insights needed to start a successful business, we would like to know. Please headline your request with “Refund Request” and include a detailed explanation of why you feel our course did not meet your expectations. To be approved in the refund process, several stipulations are required to be met. You must have fully completed the Business Blueprint course in question, which includes the following:
- Viewed all course topics in full
- Viewed all course lessons in full
- Completed all quizzes
- Viewed all course videos in full
- Viewed all course documents in full
- Viewed any other course related materials provided in full
Prior to a refund being issued, a My Business Classroom Administrator may contact you to discuss your concerns in more detail or to get more clarification.
Due to the digital nature of our products, only valid claims for refunds shall be considered. This policy is not intended to provide users with a free trial. Please review the items on our website carefully before making a purchase. As with in-store purchases, it is the customers’ responsibility to determine whether the product is appropriate for them before purchasing the product. We reserve the right to refuse any refund request, at our own discretion, should we determine that a customer is not providing valid grounds for a refund or is abusing our money back guarantee policy.
Return policy is void in cases of fraudulent activity. Fraudulent returns are considered stolen property and a violation of US and International Copyright laws. Your account membership will be revoked on charge back orders or other fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to notify appropriate parties and credit agencies in such case.
