  • Viewed all course lessons in full
  • Completed all quizzes
  • Viewed all course videos in full
  • Viewed all course documents in full
  • Viewed any other course related materials provided in full

Prior to a refund being issued, a My Business Classroom Administrator may contact you to discuss your concerns in more detail or to get more clarification.

Due to the digital nature of our products, only valid claims for refunds shall be considered. This policy is not intended to provide users with a free trial. Return policy is void in cases of fraudulent activity. Fraudulent returns are considered stolen property and a violation of US and International Copyright laws.
